Looking back at it, it seems that we just passed 2 years here on Feb 23rd.

I started XBLArcade.com because I was getting sick and tired of watching the big sites treat XBLA as a dumping ground, with any XBLA news being few and far between.  It's much better now, and there are a couple of other XBLA sites that have come and gone.

 

But I'm guessing the question wasn't really for me :)

I joined whenever the date next to my name now says I did! (can't see it atm heh). Think I joined to post comments in forums before a contest, not quite sure, but I do like being able to talk about XBLA games only on here. Of course I need to bring my lazy arse around to still putting up an avatar pic, mayhaps I'll do that nowish....

 

Edit:Now that I look at it, looks like my first post was just before Castlevania came out on XBLA, since it was when the top XBLA games for the week were still being posted.

Joined for info on coin-op classic and retro titles. Ironically since I've joined there really hasn't been much info or releases of these kinds of titles.

I joined when I discovered my love of the XBLA games. Up to 40+ now

Actually, Lunar does, but I think I'll be catching up to him soon :)

 Also, our numbers are a little inflated due to the fact that the system counts posting news.

I joined in August '06.

I'd just got my 360 a few months earlier, and at the time I thought XBLA was the greatest thing since sliced bread.

 And for a time, it was, but it seems like it's fallen into mediocrity now. I have more fun on Kongregate than I do on XBLA these days.

 That's not to say I don't buy an odd title now and then. But I don't find myself completing XBLA games too often.

I joined today.

I found XBLArcade.com searching the webs for an up-to-date already available and upcoming list of XBLA titles.

 

I liked it so much that I decide to stay :D 

I made my account on 8-24-2006 but I was visting the site long before that.  I would say I found the site out in May of 2006.

I joined this site 8 weeks and 3 days ago while looking over XBLA related web sites through google.

I joined since mentioned on the Ninjabee forums. Most of the Ninjabee regulars are here.

I believe I joined the site just a few months after it was just established. Was looking for an XBLA specific site and found this and XBLAddict (now xblainsider) and they are both great sources for everything arcade. Keep up the great work!

I think I joined a little over a year and a half ago. The site keeps getting better and better :)

Well, apparently, yesterday was the 1 year anniversary of my joining.  And I'm shocked at the revelation that I might actually have posted 1000 things on the site.  Crazy.

It's good to be part of a site and a community and a platform that's given me so many good times.

Aw crap...now you've made me all sentimental.  I just lost all my street cred.  Oh wait...I never had any.
