I've never paid attention to the last two E3's since I didn't have a 360, but that's why i'm asking you.
Will there be a big XBLA announcement of some kind at E3? I know it wouldn't be BIG-BIG, but big for a certain group of fans. Right now I'm hoping they'll show some Fable-XBLA love.

I was hoping they would last e3, but didn't then unless you count things known about before e3 like Marathon. Granted, XBLA is getting more popular so there could be..

War World was announced at E3 last year. So there may be big announcements, but not necessarily any connection to reality.

That was announced long before.

alright...I was going to stay out of the speculation/wish list, but here goes anyways...
Here's what I'm guessing (please note that this is just wild speculation on my part):
Actually what might be more interesting is to speculate whether or not we're going to see any XBLA related changes with the upcoming spring dashboard update.

A increased size limit? I think thats something they're definitively looking into, if it's something pre-E3 I really can't say. But with XNA around the corner and a few Capcom titles and perhaps even Soul Calibur to break the limit I think that's something to expect. Maybe post-E3, but there's a slight chance we'll get to see some titles on E3 that's at least pushing the boundaries and may confirm that theory.
I'm sure we'll get some 'big' announcements during E3. Of course, E3 isn't the same show it was years ago and every big company now has there own Gamer's day. But I want to recall that in last E3 there were a few announcements though everybody seems to disagree on that one.
However I don't expect it to be as many XBLA exclusivities from now on. XBLA isn't the only place for downloadable games anymore and the heavier titles (with a real production budget) will most likely go multi in order to make some profit.

If they increase the MB limit, maybe we will finally get portal!

I doubt they would that much.
