After what seemed to be countless false starts, and rumoured release dates, Capcom's Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 finally has a firm release date. The twin stick shooter will be gracing the service next Wednesday (June 11th) and will run you 800 points.
Before everyone freaks out complaining that Commando 3 is already out on PSN, please remember that we do get a gift for that wait...the Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix Beta.
The real question that remains to be answered is: Will this become a case where really we are just paying $10 in order to get the Beta, or will we luck out similar to the whole Crackdown/Halo Beta scenario?

I think prior to this, PSN has gotten 5 new games this year. I don't think we have too much to be mad about.
I just wonder when that beta actually starts. I was under the impression could be well after this game's release.

Im probably one of the few who is anticipating this game. I love SF, but really the only difference with SF2 HD are the graphics and minor enhancements. Cool and all but im not really caring too much for a game i played in the arcades and SNES as a kid only to see the same game with better graphics.

IGN posted a generally negative review of the game. From what I remember it said the game was very generic and doesn't stand out from the already crowded dual-stick shooters genre on XBLA.
