Tetris is coming to XBLA

When the retail title Tetris Evolution was announced the entire world wondered why this wasn't coming to Xbox Live Arcade. Well guess what... it is. In an interview with a member of the Tetris Evolution team, the beans were spilled that there is in fact an Xbox Live Arcade version in the works. Sadly, it is being made by a completely different team/studio and the developer has no information on what exactly it will be like. A repackaging of the Xbox 1 Tetris title would be great on XBLA.

Now I'm not sure if I'm going to get Tetris Evolution. If Tetris is coming to xbla why pay 29.99 now? I gotta think about this...

Why "sadly?" I'd much rather have two different takes on Tetris than the same thing, only twice. And why make a product that competes with its own? Anyway, it was a big mistake revealing this, because now I have no reason to spend $30 on Tetris when it'll be available for $10 later in the year.
