The Australian ratings group, OFLC, has updated their site with a few new Xbox Live Arcade entires. The interesting deal is that with this update they confirmed everyone suspicions that Geometry Wars Retro Evolved 2 will be coming soon to Xbox Live Arcade. The last time we brought up the rumor for this game was for the 100th game release, but it looks like we were off by a few months. No fears as it will be coming soon now!
Braid, Go Go Break Steady and Vigilante 8 arcade have also been placed on the OFLC.

Of all the days to sleep in, this has to be the worst one...
Starting off today's news is 1up's report that Vigilante 8 has finally been confirmed. After hearing about it first back in April of last year, it's good to finally hear that it's official. To make up for making us wait, they have been nice enough to release the following screen shots. According to their brand new site V8Arcade.com, these shots have not been altered in any way and it's what you can expect from the final game.
Color me impressed!
Angry-Gamer has put on their sleuthing hats and gotten to work. What they were able to uncover through a series of profile sites of people who seemingly worked on the title.
For those of you who don't know, Vigilante 8 is a Vehicular Combat game that is a spin-off of Interstate '76. It was released for Playstation, N64 and even the Gameboy Color. With many people underwhelmed by XBLA's first offering of the genre Novadrome (personally I thought it was pretty good), it would be great to see another shot at it.
While this does seem like pretty concrete evidence, I'd suggest that maybe Mr. Moore should hold off getting another tattoo until either Microsoft or Activision announces something official.
