Mad Tracks Preview

Curry, over at Xboxic.com has posted a relatively in depth preview of Mad Tracks from his trip to the Load Inc offices. The more I find out about this game the more I think it's the perfect game for a Friday night with a case of beer and a bunch of friends.

No Live play is a seriously

No Live play is a seriously bad move in my opinion. This could have been a pretty good action/racing game instead of a party game.

The new Official xbox magazine has got a massive story on the next arcade games. They say in the article that before labor day that lumines, time pilot, scramble and texas hold em before labor day. Also mentioned is over 80 titles have been green lighted for development. Also mentioned were some new titles. Mini golf, Assault heroes, Mega force, Pinball FX,Diner dash. So much cool stuff is mentioned in the article.

See I should have put this in that article and I would not have had to cite the publication. If I was not so frantic from discovering the titles I would have remembered that article. It is a kick butt article though. I bet those titles are the ones that Ign has been bragging about being revealed in their 5 parter.

This was one of my most

This was one of my most anticipated games because I love XBLA and I love racing games and it sounded like a lot of fun, but the lack of multiplayer over Live is just stupid. The game seems almost pointless without it. 2 things will happen, not a lot of people will buy it, and a lot of people will be pissed when they do buy it only to later discover the lack of Live play. I hope it's delayed.

Yeah, I was looking forward to this game until I read an interview with them about it. They apparently just don't have the money to do it on this run, but will on their next game.
