Monopoly on XBLA

Monopoly on XBLA
Is it just me or would anybody else want to see Monopoly come to XBLA?? I mean its a goldmine for microsoft between the over all popularity of the original boardgame plus the unending possiblitys for downloads. From special game peices to boards that could range from retro to upcoming movie titles. The possiblitys are endless for such a simple game as this. The one problem that would need to be conqured is the fact that alot of the players would end up leaving in the middle of a game instead of playing it out right. But with all of that said i still believe that it would be a great addition to XBLA considering their boardgame department is lacking at best.

I'd have to think, at this point, that they're working on bringing it to Live Arcade. I'd be willing to bet it's on the drawing board.

 

There's just no way they wouldn't bring Monopoly to XBLA, it's such a no-brainer. Especially with the way UNO has sold. The same way The Simpsons Arcade Game is a no-brainer with the way TMNT sold.

 

Hopefully Microsoft will get Carbonated Games (UNO) to make it.

Simpsons arcade game would be great. I wonder if EA could work with Konami in getting that out there the same way Ubisoft did.

I wonder what Carbonated games is working on right now. They have no announcments for arcade right now as far as I can remember. I can't even think of any announcments for other Microsoft services.

As much as I'd love to have Monopoly on XBLA, the though of having "Uno pack" release weeks kinda scares me.
