When XBLA Wednesdays first was announced, we were told that while not every week was going to have a release, we would see a few double release Wednesdays to make up for it. After seeing the down side of that statement multiple times, this Wednesday we are finally going to see the up side! This week we are going to be getting one title from the Retro category (Gyruss), and one from the new category (3D Ultra MiniGolf Adventures).

Defend the Galaxy with “Gyruss” on Xbox LIVE Arcade

Nearly a quarter century ago, gamers who wanted to travel throughout the galaxy needed only to plunk a few coins into an arcade machine.
